This policy explains what information BRC Construction LLC (“BRC Construction,” “we” or “us”) collects through roofing.brcconstructionllc.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
The short version
- We collect what you choose to send us so we can call you about your roof.
- We don’t sell your information or share it with other companies for their own marketing.
- We delete form requests within 12 months unless you become a customer.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
Information we collect
When you fill out the free inspection form, we collect what you enter:
- Your name and phone number, so we can call you back.
- The ZIP code of the property, what you need help with and how soon.
- Your email address, if you choose to give it.
We also record how you found us, such as the ad or search that brought you to this page (for example, campaign tags and ad click identifiers in the page address), so we know which advertising works. If you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and anything you tell us.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically handles basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the page and keep it secure.
How we use your information
- To call, text or email you about your request and schedule your free roof inspection.
- To send you one confirmation email after you send the form, if you gave us your email address.
- To keep a record of requests so none get lost.
- To measure which ads and pages bring in requests, and to improve them.
- To protect our website and form from spam and abuse.
How requests are stored and sent
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you send the form, your request is processed on Cloudflare’s servers and a backup copy is saved in Cloudflare’s data storage. We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send your request to our business inbox and to send your confirmation email. These companies handle your information on our behalf to provide their services to us.
Spam protection
Our form uses simple built-in checks, such as a hidden field that people never see but bots often fill in.
Advertising, analytics and cookies
We don’t currently use advertising or analytics tools on this page. If we add them, we’ll update this policy.
This page also keeps a small note in your browser of the ad or link that brought you here (for up to 90 days), so a request you send later is still credited to the right ad. You can clear it by clearing your browser’s site data. You can also opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
When we share information
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share information only:
- With the service providers described above, so they can run this page, the form and email.
- When the law requires it, such as a valid court order or subpoena.
- When needed to protect the safety, rights or property of our customers, our business or others.
Calls and text messages
When you send the form, you agree that we may call and text you (including by automated means) and email you about your request, at the phone number and email address you gave us. We contact you only about your request and your roof. Consent isn’t required to buy anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help, or tell us when we call. We don’t share your mobile number or your text-message consent with other companies for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We delete form requests, including the copy emailed to our business inbox, within 12 months unless you become a customer. The backup copy saved with Cloudflare is deleted automatically after 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep the records we need for your project for as long as we need them for the work, billing and our legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. This page uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and only the people who need your request to help you can see it. Please don’t send sensitive information, like payment card numbers, through the form.
Children’s privacy
This page is meant for adults looking for roofing services. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you. Call (410) 599-6239 or email brcconstrucllc@gmail.com. We may need to confirm it’s you before we make changes.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date.
